although numerous people don’t relyon Yahoo greatly, I rely on its presentation and think in Yahooanswers. You can never obtain totally precise from some of the searchengine consequences.

The advantage of forums over YA is that a lot of people in the same niche congregate at the relevant forums. So you get a large nuber of people with some knowledge in the area

Ya yahoo answer are good for traffic. You can't target the keyword in it. So Forum is better then yahoo answers

The web based forums are superior ofcourse, one issue is time though. Some of the questions that you willpost will not get an immediate answer.
