Thread: Traffic is low from Yahoo?

Hello guys, My website is gets around 80% of the traffic from Google and only 4% from Yahoo, what's the reason for this? And is there anything else I need to do to increase the traffic from Yahoo?

They has different algorithm that's why your pr is different on each site.

I think you should not worry about this, 75% internet uses are using Google for searching i think you are getting enough traffic from yahoo. If you have to increase your site traffic from yahoo then you have to get yahoo quality back links to make better your ranking in yahoo search engine.

yes, First think 50-70% people use Google than Yahoo. Second thing your business targeted keywords are ranking in Google not Yahoo. So, you can push your ranking in yahoo.com also.

Google is the biggest search engine and have more than 80% of the users surfing the net.Even if you rank on number one position , you can't expect fantastic traffic while ranking under 5 for the same keyword in Google will fetch you better results.
The number of user are far more of Google than Yahoo.
