Thread: My newly uploaded site doen't show in browser

Good mourning, I'm writting from Cameroon

I just uploaded our NGO's site using FileZilla [Sorry calling it here, using Windows plateform], before uploading the folder containing the newly created site, I've deleted all the folders in the server [Ooops] so I'm receiving the message

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at carehelpcameroon.org Port 80

Now I know I lade a silly mistake by erasing everything after reading a tutorial in the internet, how do I do now, PLEASE HELP, I feel so stupid.

PS: I'm 100% newbie in web mastering

Thanks to those who at least viewed the post even though no one responded, I've tried fixing the problem and I succeeded making the site to appear on browser, but links and animations are not working.

Can somebody help this time around, please ?????

I use core ftp. Anyway FileZilla might be similar to it.
According to me you have to create a folder under public_html and then upload files.
What files you have deleted? and from where?

Thanks mindi9 for the concern, I've deleted all the files found on the server (the root), the host name is ftp.carehelpcameroon.org, I can give you the access to the server if needed, by the way can I create the public_html or www folder myself ???
