As it turned out, I found out that change-mon-ip.com as well as Pinellashosting.com offered really nice VPN servers.

What company would you choose, if you were me? Why?

Well considering in mind about these two VPN Providers i must say that in contrast of their services i found change mon ip the better one. I haven't used it much but i have tried it for one more than one month because honestly speaking i have found some more speedy and authentic VPN Services and not only they are fast but also reliable for the use. But anyhow, you just don't need to be limitized under these two providers as there are numerous VPN Providers in the industry with different exclusive and utmost features which differs one from other.
I also want to quote here, that despite of the fact of Best and Reliable VPN Provider, Many of the VPN Providers are offering their basic services without charging anything...
I am very pleased with the VPN Service, and also praises VPN Industry which give us Best VPN Service that they ease and protect our devices and operating system from sniffers.

So Joker, I will recommend you to go with Change Mon IP, if the option are limitize among the two.

Both companies have nice reputation.. try to contact them both, tell your needs, compare their offers and choose the best one.

The first one is bit older and offer new enhanced features for its customers.

If I were you, I would better choose Pinellashosting.com - their VPN servers are stable. several of my clients have been using them and are fully-satisfied. Pricing looks reasonable.. give them a try.
