What is HTTP Header?
HTTP Header is a means of communication between the client and server. For example when you view www.google.com on your browser, your browser sends request to the Google server to show the Google website. And this request is done by HTTP Headers. When Google server gets the request from your browser to show the website it will also send a response back via HTTP Headers.
HTTP Headers are a set of values actually that are passed between the client and server. You can learn about various HTTP Header fields here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_headers
