    Default Yahoo CEO Bartz Got Fired

    Yahoo chielf executive Carol Bartz got fired.

    “I am very sad to tell you that I’ve just been fired over the phone by Yahoo’s chairman of the board,” she said in a memo sent to Yahoo staff.

    Investors got frustrated with her handling of Yahoo in recent times. Shares of Yahoo dropped 22% in 2011.
