Thread: Bing Passed Yahoo Worldwide

According to analytics firm StatCounter, Bing has overtaken Yahoo for the first time worldwide during the month of February 2011.

From StatCounter Global Stats, Bing closed out the month with a 4.37% search share compared with Yahoo's 3.93%. Although, both still fall far behind Google's search share of 89.94% of the global market.

This past month, Feb 2011, was the first time Google dipped below 90% since August of 2009.

This I wasn't expecting, I must admit.

I'll only be impressed when all the others put together surpass google.

Number of search users of Google are being increased on daily basis so i don't think that any search engine can defeat Google.

This is the battle for second place.
Both of them could easily be overtaken if a good new search engine came along.
I thing yahoois on a downward spiral.

Microsoft and yahoo paling for betting google. they already set a webmaster tool for bing and yahoo search engine.
