Default Getting so many mails from WCF.

Hi,

I get about 50 emails each day from webcosmoforums telling that there is a new reply in the forum that i subscribed to!

It very annoying i need to search a lot to see if there are any emails sent by other peoples!
I cannot figure how to stop those emails!

How to stop recieving emails from WCF?

Well, these mails are just to update you that there is a reply for you where you have replied or for your thread. That's good to have.

ya its good to receive updates but its not when your inbox is full of 100 emails which will take you 5 hours to read.

Ya!
I tried setting "do not subscribe" and "no email notification"
worked!
But not completely,
the posts that i am already subscribed to are still sending me alerts and i cannot un-subscribe to each of them manually!!!
isn't there any way to un-suscribe from all posts at once?
