Regarding the contest

Well, its great that there are a lot of members and newbies taking interest into the contest and there has been a lot of activities within the forum since the contests. However, I have noticed that at some point, there are a lot of member who seems to have multiple accounts and there are those who are just copying and posting details from other places without even giving credit to the original source.
Lets take a look at this guy richaexpert

It's unfair to those who joined the contest and are not cheating (I'm not in the contest.)

I thought we had rules about this kinds of acts yet I don't see any actions even though I report it through the report button provided in every thread. What will be actions for this one manik? Are you going to let it go or are you going to be an admin of a possibly a good forum...

even before the contest. I just think that if we do something about it, stop encouraging then on doing so, we can have a better community. and in other forums, I observe that the admins are restricting this by deleting the post or locking it and by encouraging the members to at least give a credit of a link back to the original post. and this wasn't a duplicate thread post but a copy paste from other resource. somewhat like plagiarism even stealing is it not?

more so, it is unfair to the original source, the one who made the article as he was not given credit for his work..

its a learning process for us as well. last contest was the biggest one so far, considering the number of people participated. hopefully the next one would be better.

Well, Jabo has some good points over there in starting this thread. But this contest is hard in terms of making threads and commenting.
