Is that your site? Thats definitely an okay price, but depends on whats being given for that price. If its bad service and no support then price doesnt mean anything.

Obviously i have seen much more cheaper hosting than this ... this is not something i will call cheap

Krates, no offence, but do you know the difference between the word cheap and low priced? Cheap means "the one which has good corellation index between offered specifications and price" Low cost means, lower specifications for lower cost. For example MMhosting offers

2,000 GB of Disk Space
20,000 GB Data Transfer

For nearly six dollars a month, and that is cheap. A company you have suggested first - hioxindia - offers only 10GB and that is low cost... Please note, that I do not point out the quality at all, as I do not know these companies personally, I only can say grandbytes' site loaded very slowly.

Better offers that cmbhosting.net offers I haven't seen, and cheaper too.
I think the correlation between prices and resources is right.
I believe you may try them.
