I bet there's a misunderstanding, (hopefully not about me) because the OP obviously means third-party management, not the managed server itself.

As for me greenolivetree has rather reasonable cost for this type fo service, and could be tried. Especially if you find the good reviews.

My point is why should anyone choose third party management when at the same price he/she can gets complete management services. $99.00 for third party management makes no sense. However, choice is yours.
