Losing my hosting account
have hosted all of my 24 sites/domains on bluehost. I have been trying to make payment to renew my account there for quite some time. The message I used to get was "Not Allowed".
After contacting them the message for more than one credit cards I get is "invalid account number", when I contact banks, they tell me the message is still "not allowed", and the hosting account is showing me "invalid account number". I have contacted bluehost time and again and their support SUCK!
Heard a lot about these forums but finally joined it to get a solution to this problem. Hope someone can help?

It seems to me that it is high time for you to change your hosting provider.
As for reliable hosts, can recommend you to check serverpoint website hosting solutions.
A reliable host will ensure that your site is always available and that visitors will enjoy a smooth performance.

I believe that it is high time to choose another, more stable and honest web hosting provider.
Before to make any final decision, try to contact its support, tell them your needs and see what they will offer you.

It sounds like their billing support could be better, but moving 24 sites is a lot of work for something that should be easy to solve. Here is what I recommend: ask your bank where the error message is generated, it has to be either your bank or theirs (or their gateway). Sometimes banks automatically put restrictions on cards for online payments, and you just have to ask for the transaction to be approved.
Find out where the error message is coming from and then ask them how to remove it.
