I don't think they are much popular

I didn't use that reseller hosting!!!Because i got the Domain name reseller account from here
Goresellers it's best way to sell Domain name,hosting plans,website designing tools and earn money...There they provide two plans i choose the pro reseller plan...I don't have experience in using the webhosting.uk.com reseller hosting ..I know about Domain name reseller plan.If i need Hosting reseller account in future means i will get it..

In UK, two web hosts are pretty much popular one is eUKhost and second one is webhosting.uk.com. According to my knowledge both web hosts are reputable and well experienced as well. So you need to contact them through Live chat or phone to discuss rest of the things.
