Thread: Need some help regarding permalink

On my new site DecentQuotes.com the category pages are like

Fear Of Failure | Decent Quotes

The above link is for category "Fear of Failure" Quotes... I want to make it like

http://www.decentquotes.com/category/fear-of-failure

Can anyone please help me how can I do this?

You have the default permalink setting. I don't have enough knowledge working on .htaccess and mod_rewrite. from my limited knowledge you can do this from the permalinks settings from

decentquotes.com/wp-admin/options-permalink.php

There is a field "Custom Structure", you can use it to have that url.

In the custom structure field write

%category%/%postname%

i think this is the way only
