PHP and HTML right now is the best language for designating and developing a website.

You are new comer in website development, than i would like to suggest you to use PHP for website design and development because it is very easy and secure language. It is an open source so it offers wide community for PHP which will help you to solve the queries regarding PHP development.

Rather than using PHP, you can use ASP.net which provides better user interface as well as easy to code the functions.

Use PHP and HTML for development.

I think php is best language for website creation.i am also used the php.it has some other lanaguage like asp,.NET ETC..

every language has its own value. Now a days most of t he applications is developing by Java. So this could be a good option but if you are new to programming, I prefer go with c# since its syntax similar to most popular languages and similar to javascript also..This is my personnel opinion.

It depends on your requirements if you have normal requirements then HTML & PHP are the best languages for websites.

I personally suggest java. Because nowadays java is "everywhere". Developed by sun micro system, which is now the top competitor of Microsoft. This will give you comfort ability, ease of creating objects and developed in security.

PHP is the best its easy to operate and learn, even you can learn it very easily.

Most of website programmers using a combination of HTML and PHP to build the website.
Personally I will also prefer HTML and PHP (a little bit use of Java is also good).

PHP(Personal Home Page Hyper Text Preprocessor) and HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language) are the best languages for building the websites.

PHP is the best language because all resource is free for PHP...............
