Default How do I upload new pages with FileZilla?

I already have a website up and running which I uploaded with FileZilla. I used Microsoft Word to build that home page. My home page was simple, since I just labeled the document "index" and uploaded that document that said "index.htm". That worked fine and the page is online.

I now want to add pages to my website, so how do I upload these new pages?

My question is this: Should I bundle my home page and the new page into one folder and upload that whole thing to replace my existing "index.htm" document, or do I leave the home page alone and upload the new pages one by one?

In other words, for my multipage website will I have one file with many pages on it to upload, or many files to upload individually?

Thanks in advance for your help... any and all comments would be helpful

For UPloading file by Filezilla you should have:-

    1.HOst Name
    2.USer Name
    3.Password
    4.Port No..

By the above information you can host your site at your desktop or you no need to update one by one file you can select multiple files at a time..or download multiple files at a time..

Even if you run single page it should be a directory. Try to add all your pages into the same directory. If you are hosting with any hosting company use hosting control panel to do these things

You Said That You Are using FTP client Filezilla And You May HAve Used It Atleast Once Then You May HAve Noticed The Index File is Uploaded To Your Website Folder in ROOT folder and If You Wish To Upload New PAges Then You Should Simply Add The Files By Selecting The Required File Or By Drag And Dropping It To The Existing Folder Of Your Website

I fYou Wish To Add a New Index File In Replacing The Old Index File Then You Should Over Write The Existing index File .. Go Ahead
