    Well, by learning PHP you can create one eventually. Or you could use an existing one like OpenCart or PrestaShop.

    If you don't know any PHP I suggest using one that is already built. It will be much easier and a lot less time for you

    You can use joomla with virtualmate for create shopping cart.
    It is free and use to use.
