    If you are using wordpress, there are plugins like Wp super cache and w3 total cache.

    If not, look for cache plugins for that specific cms.

    Or just get a better host.

    You may decrease the load time of your website by decreasing size of images. Avoid using heavy images, flash and videos on the web pages.

    If image on your site is making your site heavy then you can edit the images with photo shop to reduce pixels .If its due to text then you can reduce text as well.
