Thread: Raceway park needs professional website

South Holston Raceway Park is a new development in the making in SW Virginia. We need a very professional website developed and maintained. However, at the current time, we do not have the funds to hire someone, YET!!
I would like to offer to someone, the opportunity, to build us a website now, and when funding comes available, be hired, AND paid for work done, to maintain the website from now on. I realize this is a BIG asking, but we really need a professional website, soon. If you can build a site for us, under these conditions, I will contract to you, the position of webmaster with SHRP.
