I am getting more clicks from pInterest.com pins, but bounce rate is very high compare to other traffic sources.

I guess, when people see at picture, they just click and then went away, they are not target visitors.


How about your traffic from pInterest and does it worth?

You need to target the visitors or audience who are related to your niche. Else they just click your pin or post and close immediately. That's the main reason you are getting high bounce rate.

Pinterest is a good source of traffic for our site. Once a user re-pin your images the URL of that image remain in its image. Every time they click the image you will land on the site where you get the image.

Get better response from printerest make your website as like image that you pined on printerest, only then visitor stay on your website.

Its a good site for getting traffic.

I don't really get it. I'm not a huge fan of it. Have any of you seen it drive much traffic in your direction? If so, what did you do to get it there?

As i know, Pinterest is becoming the most significant driver of social traffic to e-commerce sites by the end of the year — besting more mature networks like Facebook or Twitter.

Pinterest can work in some markets (i.e. ultra luxury, destination location), but in my opinion it's not really a good platform for real estate. My wife does really well with it, but I haven't had much interest in putting time/energy into it... at least not yet.

Pinterest is a new social networking site and proves very useful for the site, and provide good traffic to the site.

It is also a SMO sites u can expect more just to divert traffic from this to you sites so when visitors are coming from this to you it means there is something mission for which people are not navigating

You need to have specific goals for using the traffic from Pinterest. Work with the traffic as you would from any source driving it to landing pages and through a conversion path.

pinterest is a good social media platform but we can share only images here of our brand,services and products.it gives more traffic and can convert in result easily.

Agreed. I am not using pinterest right now and I barely remember anything about pinterest. Is there any niche category in submission process?

it is good for traffic. it is good social media platform.
