Suppose, I have "100" post or pages of a website. Then Every posts or pages (100) have to submit to every do-follow social book marking sites?
OR Some post or pages? What Is Effective Ruls for link submission of social-bookmarking ?

Yes, you have to submit every post / page to as many social bookmarking sites as possible in order to gain back links from as more domains as possible.
