    Im addicted to Facebook, I admit it. I spend almost the whole day with it.

    If you just asking about promotional purpose, I spend almost 2 to 3 hours daily there and I think I am getting enough out of it.

    At least 3 to 5 hours I spends on facebook for promotion my company profile name and increasing number of friends and like at my facebook pages.

    I am spending about 5-8 hour from around the day on Facebook. At that time I sharing some great news and great post on News and Status and many more. I am doing these when I am at the job.
