I think for traffic purpose smo is better. for Search engine ranking purpose social bookmarking is better

I think both are having their own importance.
SMO brings lots of traffic to your site.
Bookmarking bring traffic as well as improves the keyword ranking.

Here I am confuse Is SB or SMO is deferent ? What activities SMO include ?

SMO is optimizing your site for social media sharing and optimizing your social media activity/profiles. Social bookmarking is using social bookmark sites to promote your site.

Smo and Social bookmarking both are different things. If you want to get ranking on search engines then you can try social bookmarking. If you get instant traffic then you must try social media optimization.

Both have their own importance, but i think SMO is more important than SB.

SMO and SB both are important we should apply both activities. through SB you can get traffic as well as improve position in SERP and SMO bring lot of traffic for your website so we think SB is not less important than SMO.
