Creating a Facebook Fan Page

Hi.

I want to create a facebook fan page, but when I go to this link:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php

I get multiple options as to what I need to click next:

I want to create a Fan Page that's in relation to my blog about mental illness.

What would I do at this point so I can successfully make a Facebook Fan Page?

Just go and select the category for your blog.
Write the info and description for your Page.

If you want to create a Facebook fan page for your mental health blog, than you should go where you were. There, if you select the main category "Brand or product" you will be able to choose from the list of categories "Website". From there you can continue setting up your Facebook fan page. Make sure you implement a likebox and a custom URL as well (you need 25 likes in order to apply for a custom URL for your fanpage)
