Facebook and google are both social networking sites . While facebook is not having Circles -like sharing concept google+ uses but it does have similar features to implement this concept .Although google offers various applications but Facebook is definately the king of social networking as it offers many applications .From SEO point of view google+ is way far behind Facebook .

Both have their own significances. However facebook user are more but now google again acquire its position.

yes, sure Facebook is king of social networking website but Google+ is not a queen because as compared to Facebook Google+ does not popular and also having poor feature of social networking point of view.

Many of the companies have created their page & promoting themselves on Facebook. Most of the SEO guys are also working on it too. So I think Facebook is much more popular than Google plus.
