Use this forumula check your key words density

Keyword Density = ([Keyword Count]*100)/(Total Word Count]

It can be check from ration of the total number of words on a webpage to the total number of selected keywords. It should appx > or = 3.

I can tell you an easy solution to find your keyword density. As such there are various free tools in the market but Google toolbar is having this facility to find the density

Step 1 .Use the Google search engine to search for your keywords.Step 2. Now click on the highlighting tool in the Google Toolbar. This process highlights the keywords that you have used in your last Google search.

Step 3. Type the URL of your site in the browser.
Step4.Now finally time to do some analysis. Look at your web page. Can you see the keywords highlighted much often or sparsely populated?

If the keywords are sparsely populated, then your work will be to revise web page and focus more on different keywords. You have to make sure that they are appearing more frequently in the first few paragraphs.

In Seoquake extension there's "density tool" plug-in. You can see density of separately taken keywords, and also key phrases from two, three and four words. It shows presence chosen keywords in meta-tags, quantity of recurrences in the text and percent of frequency. If you want it is possible to estimate a level of keyword competition for Google.

use the keyword density equation..

2% is ideal. 1 word against 100.

simple install seoquake toolbar in our mozila firefox here is a option to check your keyword density.

Is there any tools available for this?
