Do you mean Which is the fastest way to generate lot of traffic for website in social networking sites? - In my opinion there are no such thing as fast way to generate lots of traffic unless it is through spam blogs. But there is on way to generate awesome traffic. Social networks that have high trending records and participants of members, Social bookmarking sites that are frequently visited by members / guest.

even if you get some fast traffic, they hardly have any conversion value.

Yah, I agree that if you are having a great traffic by means of social networking it also means a high bounce rate..To make it low post interesting topics that will caught the eye of the readers and could make the visitors stay more time at your site or at your blog..And it could also be mean a lot of chances of conversion..
