Hmm, do you have a list of the directories?
Will you submit to the directories manually for sure? If you use one of the "one click submit" sites or some software then its not manual.
You mention that the sites are of PR 0 to 6, but your offer thing says that you have PR 9 directory too, which PR 9 directories?
You said that your report will have director and its PR, not the URL of your submission?
