I have downloaded SEO tool bar from SEO books and I use to check the backlinks of my website through it.

I use backlinkwatch.com is good for me....

I use Yahoo mainly. There are some great tools for this tough.

One of the easier ways is Site Explorer - Yahoo! Site Explorer. You can also sign up for Google webmaster tools.

Yahoo site explorer is good to check backlinks for the website.

I use Yahoo Explorer. Google Webmasters is good for your own sites but it is not as quick to update as Yahoo Explorer.

I mostly use yahoo! site explorer to get the exact amount of backlinks and Google webmaster tools is also in the best tools.

Yahoo site explorer and Market leap link checker tool.

I just use Google. It doesn't give you an accurate number, but who really cares. I just want to see the number go up. Yahoo, can give you more accurate numbers, but those backlinks may not be highly valued by Google, so again, who cares. Just work on getting backlinks that will drive you targeted traffic. They will be your best visitors, and will most likely add to your PR more than untargeted links.
