Yahoo Site Explorer is one good tool.

i use this rank checker tool software and SEO open... in rank checker tool you just add the url and it will show your backlinks... in SEO open it will show show your backlinks through the site explorer of Google, MSN and Yahoo

I use Yahoo Site explorer for finding backlinks and select “Except from this domain” and “Entire site” options in yahoo site explorer to check the exact backlinks for the site.
