Power of SERP: SEO is the talent of continuation the SERP of your web page, here are the basic and most important tips:

• Content:Always use Fresh Content
• Page Size:It is suggested to keep your website page between 5k and 15k in size. Anything more or less might create troubles to open-up your web page.
• Web Site Design:Use all the latest and graphic designing tools to make it relevant and appropriate,If possible stay away from flash websites.
• Title tag and Alt Tag:Put exact keyword for a web page in the title-tag. Alt tag is equally important.
• Link Building:Continue do this is last option for ranking your site & stability

link building is the keypoint on how to get into SERP..Once you have done the on page optimization then off page optimization mainly focus on this one in order to get into the top position and to have stable rankings on your keywords.

yaa link building is key point, but if you not mind above point your link building effort is useless so i think don't forget, fresh Content, Web Site Design, page size, Title tag & meta etc....

Maintaining SERP after you have attained good Search rankings is an important role in SEO. Nice points mentioned above, in short I'd like to say that you need to maintain your web site properly if you wish to maintain your SERP position.

even though SE's can now crawl flash websites....

i think more SEO will not recommend flash site

Of course each and every practice in seo both on and off page has their own role in optimizing a site.

I might have got the wrong end of the stick with this so apologies if I have.

but please don't tell me that you are another bod selling seo/sem services and then with no clue how to actually do the advertised work you are posting on a forum for help????
