Let us define first three way links: The webpages equally conected to each other are named as the three way linking websites. Now let me come to your question, I have three links but the opponent is having only one link. One thing is not clear three links are from one website or from different sites. If we have links from the same site and that links has been placed on the opponent's site than there is no three way linking. But if I have three links of different sites and one more link from other site having one link. Here is the way how they can be connected to each other.
Suppose A,B,C and D are different sites. All these sites will be linking to each other in this way. Link from A to B, Link from B to C, Link from C to D and link from D to A. So we can see that now all the four sites are connected to each other.
Now my question is Is there any tool which can show the PR of all web pages in a website in the list form?

You can use seochat pagerank lookup tools. Use the keyword as search term in google and you will come across the web-based service. It will allow you to copy and paste every link url in a search box and when you press enter, it will list down page rank of that particular webpages.
For my question, which one do you think is the fastest way to get indexed in search engine?

Recently I have read that Google is going to pannalized the web pages having low loading speed. Since this rule has been defined and implemented by the Google, certainly the webpages having low loading speed will not be given the importance. As we know that SERP depends upon many factors and points assigned by the Google's algorithm. The web pages having low loading speed will not be given that point, certainly that will affect the SERP too.
Now my question is What is importance of PDF files on the web pages regarding SEO?Put your demands to God, will give you what you want to have.

Nowadays, it seems that google technology has been able to crawl though all the pdf files and index it, which means that there’s an extra plus point in seo term. Since pdf represents a file format which can be easily stored and shared around, the search engine will also perceive the site having it as being important and thus will most probably being given preferences in ranking position.
For my question, do you think that by having a favicon would make any difference in terms of seo ranking?

Site maps are really helpful
Yes, you are right sitemaps are really helpful for indexing pages in all the major search engines. If you made any modifications in pages, they are automatically indexed by the search engines through sitemaps. Also, robots.txt file helpful in this case

Here is my question:
i had one domain abc.com
It is indexed in the google..
I had redirected that domain to the new domain..
New domain also indexed in the google..
Will the old domain gets deindexed in the google and shows only the new redirected url??
Both redirected url and old url are shown in google..
Does the old domain automatically removed by the google showing only the new redirected url??
