Answer:
From my experience dynamic sites rank as good as static content sites. We can lots of examples around including different forums. Although lot of people would debate on this issue.
Question:
Do you think these two urls are considered different or same to search egnines?

Answer:
No, theres no point to submit your site to a search engine at all. It will be picked up by search engines when your site is good enough itself.
The only thing you really need to submit is a sitemap, that should be good enough.
Question:
If you owned a site that had niche A and then revamped the site into a site that has another niche, called niche B, how can you change all of its SEO stuf in search engines and everything?

Answer
Very difficult work if that niche A site has many related backlinks and web popularity because it is going to have niche B means all that BLs is total waste and will not harm / can also harm due to irrelevancy. So, better to buy a new domain and will work on it.
Question:
You are doing SEO on a site for 6 months, but NO RESULTS. How would you go about diagnosing the problem?

I am not sure of this really. If a site is revamped to a new niche its all new. I think we should let search engines pick it as usual.
A custom 404 page should be a good choice for tapping in serp traffic from old pages though.
May be somebody else like Amit, Govind could answer better, I will leave it to them

Answer:
I personally think Google credits Quality Backlinks and content quite high. Internal linking plays a vital role as I have seen from experience. You may wanna check out those aspects.
Question:
How can images contribute for SEO?
