In terms of which website is more valuable it is depends upon several factors like Domain authority, page authority, brand name, no. of links from authority domains pointing to the website, how valuable content website serving to its user like that there are many other factors.

And myseopundit Search engine will not considered them as same URL.

If you want to run your website without https://, then ask your hosting provider to remove SSL certificate from your hosting service. As you know that https:// is for secured browsing.

If you have google account, the you must have access to your google webmaster account, login to your google webmaster account.

Click on site configuration -- > Crawler Access --> you will see the Remove url

you will find New Removal Request, click on that button and fill up with the url that you want to remove, you have now there options,

1. Remove from Directory i.e index
2. Remove from cache only
3. Remove from search results and cache

Now, according to your question, your priority is to remove your url from the index, so you have to choose "Remove from Directory" option and finally submit your request.

I don't think, I should write any pros and cons about it. If removing url is in your SEO stratagy, well and good .. otherwise plan properly...

My Question:

Is it true that Google has moved away from blocking/banning websites and using strong filters to remove/stop spammy links, as it is hard to know how/why/when/where something went wrong?
