I mean, I have a website and I want to contact a professional SEO agency or a professional SEO developer. How much would it cost me?And how much per hour a SEO professional would cost me?Do they charge you per keyword, hours, links?

Different SEO work different ways. Some may work for keywords, some for optimizing your whole site etc. Before you hire somebody you gotta think of what you want to achieve.

It also depends on where you hire from. If you hire somebody from USA would be very expensive. If you hire from some other counries in Asia would be cheaper.

Each company addresses its pricing differently. There are no pat answers here. Some companies offer packages, some by the hour, and some by bid. We have always used the bid method ourselves.

Whomever you choose make sure that everything is clearly spelled out and with time lines included.

Avoid using companies that guarantee their work. We have never failed to get a client onto the first page multiple times over. We simply do not take on difficult markets. However, we still do not offer a guarantee.

Being an SEO professional, my SEO charges depend on the keywords. If you have keywords having high searches on net, it means you have to pay more.

Is it free to get some sort of quote or some analysis of the site from SEO companies and individuals to get them give you a price range?

Why not do it by yourself?I think only you know what is you want,so learn seo and do it,i think it's better.

I won't disclose my policies.
I would love to target one phrase or 2 phrase keywords but person has to be ready for big deal.

It is depending on keywords computation based.

If depends on your requirement. Some people will focus on on-page optimization while others will focus on off-page optimization. Some SEO companies will provide specific task while others will provide total SEO packages. You have to first identify your requirement & budget. Then you can find someone to meet your requirement & budget.
