That's not how everyone does it. What do you do if someone wants to target 6 keyword phrases per page? You are not likely to get all 6 into the page title so this puts the client at a distinct disadvantage.

While it is not impossible to get a web page ranked based on only content it is much more difficult.

3 keywords/ phrases per page.

There a companies that charge 100$ and there are companies that charge 1000$ and then there are companies that Suck up 20000$ for seo.
you can do seo on a personal level as well, its not that difficult.
just need's a little bit of html/css knowledge.

I would say thats much more realistic approach. Too many keywords would be real difficult to get decent rankings.

Many things are in consideration for promoting any website and the prices are all depend on the projects done by any SEO company.

When we optimize we go for a realistic approach. However, I got a call from a potential client recently that has a 12 page site but wanted to optimize for 150 keywords and acted shocked that it could not be accomplished. He could not relate to our 2 keyword phrase policy.

Sometimes being realistic can be a tough sell because so many are willing to promise the moon just to make a buck.

It happens sometime that client don't know about the proper keywords for their niche so they select everything one should optimize and analysis proper keywords for the website and should create useful content with the use of targeted keywords in it.

Very true... What also happens is some companies tell the client whatever they want to hear just to make a buck... This isn't exclusive to SEO.
