just google your query you will find so many sites that you are looking for here. And i think you should not go for paid forum postings they are not so useful according to me.

You can use many methods. The easiest however is to use the tool scrapebox. it can weave out your do-follow and no-follow. But remember when building links both are equally important as it is all about diversity!

Is this what you really want to know...?I guess you don't know about Google.Just try searching in it.And add an ADD On toolbar called page rank search you can differentiate between do follow links and no follow links through it.

Browse google and u will get the lists.Also, you can check each site by checking the code.

Google have best option to find blogs on your favorite topics.
