Thread: Submitting the same article on different directories

Is it a wise decision to submit the same article on different article directories?
Will this help in SEO of my site if I put link to my site in the article?
Will the SEs punish me for duplicate content?

Should I rewrite the article each time I submit it on a new article directory?

Please advice.

on my opinion, its ok to submit same article on multiple directories if you're all after is the traffic.but if you're trying to build links, it makes your link less quality. but still its ok if you believe that you'll convert that traffic into sales.

That's very okay to submit the same article on different article directories. As long as your article is unique, no worries about the penalization of Google because you are not doing black hat method for submission.

I suggest to writing unique articles just for the article directories.

You are using two opposite words "same" and "unique". Same articles can't be unique. Unique articles can't be same.

You have to rewrite each time you submit to make unique content. My concern is whether I need to do so.

You can submit the same article to 4 to 5 directories be agree to, and modify it up and submit each one to a group of directories.

Yes you can submit same articles in many directories.

I have been worried with the sort of the same issue way back and my practice nowadays is to create different articles for different purposes. one for the site, one for the blog, one for ezinearticles and one for every 20 article directory.

Sorry for making you confused, you don't have to edit your article. You can submit the same article in different submission sites.

no problem you can submit the same Article on different article directories, but some change titles and some modification on article.

i too submitting the same article to different articles directories.

I don't see any problem when submitting an article on different directories as long as you create your own article and do some little changes you can submit it anywhere you want.

I read somewhere that this is not a good idea. Google will only consider the first submission as legit only consider that article in the SERPs and backlinks. The rest will be labeled as duplicates. This is why they have softwares to "spin" the articles.
