If a client asks for the time by which an SEO can show results, what should the answer be?
If I am asked the above question, how can I analyze the scenario for me to come up with a solution?

You should do your best to explain that it is impossible to get such results at all as SEO has not exact time limits at all.

It depends on the toughness of the keywords you select.

It also varies on the search engines themselves, Google has no set times for indexing pages.
