Hello Guys,
Yesterday Google has updated the PR after three months, but there is no change in my site.
What about you guys, Have you found any change in your site PR.

Previously My Blog PR was 2 and after the update it is now 3. As far as your question is concern, try to make make qualitative inbound back links which is definitely fruitful for your site in the long run!
