if I am getting back links then how important anchor text of these links are ?

You should use your targeted keywords as an anchor text, so search engine robots can read it and provide you backlinks through the same keyword. And that's how it work.

Anchor Text is very useful in creating a backlink. These all more most important in search engine algorithm which searches by the anchor text.
