How many backlink is enough for getting a PR on google.

Its not how many backlinks do you have, to get a PR its how friendly your site is, if it have unique content with your key words and you work for your Link building methods.. Content of the site is the most important.. unique content..

It all Depends! Which Niche are you targeting? What are the competition of keywords? How many keywords you want to target etc..

Off Page Optimization is On Going Process! You have to channelize your plan first to optimized number of keywords in specific period of time!

Quantity of backlink's is not a matter of getting PR, getting quality and niche backlink's is more important to gain PR.

Quantity of back link is not important. There are need quality back link with good PR.

As rmillcmanagement said. The number of backlinks doesn't matter. The quality, authority, relevancy of the link to your site matters. Not only backlinks, also the content of your site plays a vital role in page rank.

It doesn't really matter on how many hundreds or how many thousands of links are pointing to your site. Google always have ways to determine if those links are natural, relevant to your site, useful, etc....

It all depends upon from where you are getting backlinks. Form sites have pr 7+, only one links is enough.

If you have 2000 plus back links you can get 2 page rank easily for your website, make sure you have good content and index pages count too.

If you have good quality backlinks then if you have minimum backlinks then enough for high pr for a perticular site.
