I have one confusion regarding blog commenting. Is blog commenting effective in 2012 seo?

it can be effective in terms of traffic. It has been as effect as before. But the hard thing about blog commenting is your comments must be approved first by the moderator or else it will be useless.

Blog commenting is useful but important is it should be approved.
