You can create backlinks this way: posting articles with your link, posting press release with links to your site, comments on blogs/sites with link to your site etc

I will be doing aerobics at least every other day for an hour, and I am wondering when I will start seeing results. Thanks

Check your webmaster account and try to find reason of sudden drop in ranking; you can update your content or try to get backlinks from authority websites which contain some quality content

You may need to be more agressive with your seo efforts if you are finding your rankings are dropping each day/week. Spend more time. Write more content. Alter your strategy.
