White SEO - Organic results as long as you're optimizing your site right.

Black Hat can boost your sites in ranking but when SE find out about that they will penalize your site or even worst ban your site.

Black hat can be used for other things besides rankings though, like black hat techniques for getting traffic to a site for sign ups on affiliate sites and stuff is a common practice.

Well its good we practice black hat SEO its can help us very fast to incense our ranking but have you heard some some thing "No pain No Gain" like wise suppose Google find out that's you have use black hat technics ,all your efforts are in vain so its always better to use some white hat technics.

Black Hat SEO uses illegal ways just to get back links.. The strategies/techniques they (Black Hat SEO specialists) usually use are the following:

1. cloaking
2. invisible/hidden text
3. keyword stuffing
4. spamming
5. link farms

Keyword Stuffing
Doorway or Gateway Pages
Cookie Stuffing
Invisible Text
but i always do white hat seo it is good.
