ea, I did it when I was new to the online world, it was just something that seemed like it would work, then I found out....

I believe YouTube had black hat SEO done on it too, Google cheated and made it high PR over night.

This nice knowing that white-hat seo really matters. So for a beginner like me, I want to practice more techniques to better know what really lies ahead.

Black Hat SEO don't follow rules and regulations. It uses unethical ways just to get higher rankings. Cloaking, door-way pages, link farms, improper redirects, keyword stuffing and hidden text are just some of the techniques that falls under black hat.

it was called black hat seo because all the methods are against the rules of search engine. now, if you do black hat and white hat seo, that is called gray hat seo.

I prefer white hat technique and i never used black hat.Because black hat breaks the rules and regulations.

Well you can see black hat SEO may work for you but if you are running serious business you will probably want to succeed in the long run. People who are using black hat tactics usually don´t have quality product or service and for this reason they don´t care about possible penalization in the feature.
