Default spending much time in H1 or H2 Header Tags ?

H1 or H2 Header Tags are simply one way to mark up your website code with headlines. While it's always a good idea to have great headlines on a site that may or may not use a keyword phrase, whether it's wrapped in H-whatever tags is of no consequence to your rankings. But many people like spend much time in that , do you think this is reasonable ?

Put your main services in H1 tag and put secondary keyword in h2 tag. Don’t use h1 tag more than once in a particular webpage

If you spam the header tags you won't get anything out of it. The Google bots know of this technique. If you do it you will only hurt yourself. So use only one h1 per page and where it is appropriate.

Heading tags delineate the importance of certain sections of page and enhances readibility.
Use H1 for all important headings while H2 till H6 for other less important headings.

There is no reason why you shouldn’t use them but make sure other factors don’t go neglected.
