hey guys can someone please help me with these few questions?

I am wondering, domain extensions with .com.us .com.uk or .com. How different do they rank? do they rank by country? I mean the .us would rank in US but not other countries and .uk?

.com.uk have better probability to rank better in google.co.uk because its domain say that this website or blog belongs to UK.
But it does not mean that it will not rank for other countries it’s depend on niche nature of website and visitors of website.

They are all quite good in ranking as the domains are old and reputable and well-recognized, but I would choose com if it is the international site and if it is not the other variants.

I agree with your statement...

.com.us and .com.uk are country specific extensions and will rank specifically for US and UK. Such websites can rank in other countries as well, depending upon its optimization.

.com is a generic domain extension and if your targeting the whole world it's better to get a .com domain.

for me all of them are just same.
but the County domain gives a little preference to get the Rank in Google of that country.

it's like where you want to target your market if you want to target UK the best option would be .UK site, but if you want to target in India then the best would be .in however it does not mean that by the name of .uk you can not get ranking in other countries, you will be doing good in other countries as well. But you will be doing gr8 in UK as well. So the summary is if you want to target you country market use the country domain.

.com.us and .com.uk will rank better on US and UK..But they can also rank on google.com..

Well if you want to target any specific country then you can use domains like com.uk, .us and so on otherwise .com is best domain for your requirement.

Yes google will give more effort to TLD country based domain. If you want get index on Google.com means you have to prefer .com domain. If you are looking to get rank in UK means you have to prefer .co.uk domain. Google will checkup TLD and get some rank benefits to that domain. And the another main thing is your visitors.
If you are selling something over internet in united kingdom your visitor are take more interest in .co.uk domain other then .com. Because they have a trust on country based sites. So always select country based domain extension.
