Only the concise keywords or when your keywords are optimized, only the search engine can list you at first 3 pages.

Meta Description is most important for SEO Purpose, mainly Title and Description is important where you can put your targeted keywords, search engine consider only 55-60 character from title, while using description you can put remaining keywords in description tag.
