Actually there are lot of websites which offers backlinks.But I would like to say here in SEO quality and relevancy is most important factor.So we should care about quality of backlinks which we create for our website.

All of them are very good resource to increase your backlinks. But I think Article marketing is the best way to get quality one way backlinks.

Great collection.Our Forum don't mind for adding full url's of such sites except your own.

great list for getting backlink but some of them are not working like propeller.com, blog website required more and more unique content to get backlink from website.

It's really nice sort of information. In your info, I have found affiliates4u.com. They have got a nice forum. I'm involved much in affiliate business so, I have to join. However, I have readed their FAQ and found out this :
When do you release the 'nofollow' from my Signature links?
We release the 'nofollow' on your signature links when you have reached 100 forum posts.

Omg, hard task to get backlinks from there. At least, less spammers will are there.
